2. What you are buying

3. Independent status
Warm Days IP Limited is an independent experience curator and booking coordinator. This experience is not an official partnership with, sponsored by, affiliated with or endorsed by Guinness Storehouse, Guinness or Diageo. Brand and venue names are used only to describe the experience we help coordinate.
4. Booking process
Before and during checkout you must provide the details needed to process the booking, including lead guest first and last name, email, date of birth, country of residence, contact number, billing address, number of guests, selected visit date and selected visit time. Warm Days will then check official ticket availability and email your booking outcome.
5. Availability
Bookings are subject to official Guinness Storehouse ticket availability. Your visit is not finally confirmed until Warm Days sends your booking details by email. If your preferred time is unavailable, we will offer the nearest available time, an alternative date, or a refund.
6. Venue terms
All guests must follow the Guinness Storehouse terms, venue rules, entry requirements, safety rules, accessibility rules and staff directions. The venue may refuse entry or service where its rules allow. Warm Days is not responsible for refusal caused by guest conduct, late arrival, invalid information or breach of venue rules.
7. Price and payment
The Warm Days Guinness Experience is €39 per person. This is the total price payable to Warm Days for the booking and coordination service, inclusive of all taxes and fees charged by Warm Days. We do not add unexpected charges at checkout.
8. VAT and tax
Prices include any applicable VAT. Warm Days is reviewing its VAT registration position and VAT treatment will be updated once VAT registration is confirmed. Any update will not create hidden checkout charges for an order already placed.
9. Consumer rights and pre-contract information
Before you buy, the main characteristics are: Warm Days coordinates an official Guinness Storehouse timed-entry visitor booking for your chosen date/time where available, with entry to the visitor experience and Gravity Bar as provided by the official ticket. Trader identity, address, total price, cancellation position and contact details are set out in these terms. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights under Irish consumer law.
10. Cancellation right and dated leisure activity
The visit is a leisure activity for a specific date or period and may fall within the exemption from the 14-day right of withdrawal for dated leisure services. Separately, by placing an order you ask Warm Days to begin the coordination service. If the service is fully performed before any cancellation request, the statutory withdrawal position may be limited. If statutory cancellation rights apply to your booking, Warm Days will honour them.
11. Ticket resale compliance
The Warm Days charge is a coordination/service fee for arranging the booking on your behalf. It is not structured as the resale of a ticket above face value. Warm Days intends to structure this product to comply with the Sale of Tickets (Cultural, Entertainment, Recreational and Sporting Events) Act 2021 where applicable.
12. Liability
Warm Days is responsible for providing its booking and coordination service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for venue operations, venue closures outside our control, transport, accommodation, missed flights, personal plans, weather, guest conduct, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you booked.
13. No unlawful exclusions
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Customer responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate checkout details, checking your email, arriving on time, bringing any required ID, following venue rules and making your own transport and travel arrangements.
15. Non-Irish consumers
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. For Australian buyers, this includes any non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Complaints and disputes
Email complaints to a@warmdays.ltd with your name, booking email and issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and respond substantively within 20 business days. EU consumers may use available consumer mediation or ADR routes. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so we do not rely on it as an active complaint channel.
17. Force majeure
Warm Days is not liable for failure or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, including venue closure, official restrictions, transport disruption, severe weather, strikes, epidemic or pandemic measures, platform outages, supplier failure or other force majeure events. We will try to offer practical options where possible.
18. Entire agreement and updates
These terms, together with the checkout information and booking emails, form the agreement between you and Warm Days for this product. We may update these terms for future bookings. The version that applies to your booking is the version published when you placed your order, unless a change is required by law.
19. Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply so far as legally possible.
